Anthony Allen

Ecological Communications Specialist
203-787-0646 x114

Anthony joined Save the Sound in May of 2019 as the Ecological Communications Specialist. In this role, he will share the intricately woven stories of the natural world and our efforts to help restore it. He is excited by the opportunity to tell these stories in new and compelling ways – so whether you are a member of the press or simply curious, Anthony is your conduit to our amazing ecological restoration team and their important work.

A self-proclaimed idealistic pragmatic optimist, Anthony is also the founder and president of A Tipping Point (ATP), a New Haven-based non-profit working to build a thriving local economy in which no material or human potential is wasted.

In his spare time, he can be found cycling, backpacking (he is currently working on summiting the 67 New England peaks over 4K feet), reading, or exploring the food, drink and art scenes in New Haven. Anthony holds his MBA from Quinnipiac University, an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of both Democracy School and the Institute for Effective Governance.
