Jack joined CFE/Save the Sound in September 2015, after a twenty-six year career enforcing federal and state environmental protection laws for the State of Connecticut as an Assistant Attorney General. He has had extensive litigation and appellate experience and has argued several environmental cases of first impression before the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Jack is a graduate of Boston College and received his JD from Western New England University School of Law. He resides in West Hartford.
